How much do sessions cost?

If you will not be using insurance, bishop / clergy payment, or EAP, sessions are $90 for individuals, couples, and families. A sliding scale is available upon request.

Do you accept insurance?

I accept Aetna and MINES and Associates insurances.  Superbills are available for out of network insurance. I accept bishop / clergy payment, and some EAP’s. My cash pay rates are $90 for individual, couples, or family sessions. A sliding scale is available upon request. If you’re unsure about your coverage or eligibility, don’t hesitate to reach out - I can help you confirm.

What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is designed to help you change how past struggles impact how you show up in your daily life. Sometimes, experiencing hard things can lead to automatic negative thoughts such as “It’s my fault,” “I’m unlovable,” or “I’m broken.” Those thoughts, on repeat, over years, can cause us to internalize and believe them to be true, even when they’re not. EMDR provides a framework for clients to identify those thoughts and choose new, adaptive thoughts instead. Read more about EMDR and research-backed, EMDRIA-approved therapy here.
